Health and Safety Assurances at Alpissima Hotels

Travel plays an important role in our lives and the current pandemic has temporarily affected how we all take our travel decisions. We would like to personally reassure you that all our hotels are operating to the highest degree of health and safety vigilance, following the direction of the World Health Organization and protocols issued by national and local authorities.

All our properties have also implemented additional precautionary measures to protect our guests and colleagues.

This list is being regularly updated and it currently includes the following:

Prior to arrival, guests will be asked if they would like to discuss personal preferences on service levels and interaction

Guest rooms are disinfected and extensively ventilated after each stay

Guest laundry, bedding and linens are washed at certified high temperatures to ensure sterilization

Guests may choose the “Never enter my room during my stay” option

Regular disinfection has been significantly increased in all public areas (e.g. lobby areas and elevators) and all contact points (e.g. door handles and stair rails, light switches, etc.) as well as air filters and air conditioning systems

Protective clothing such as masks and gloves are worn by colleagues where required and in accordance with government rules

Disinfectant dispensers are located in guest areas as well as staff areas of the hotel

Plexiglas partitions are installed where necessary

Restricted number of guests are allowed in elevators

Breakfast buffet in the restaurant is replaced by a served buffet or a varied à la carte menu or take away breakfast boxes (some option may not be available in all our hotels)

Sufficient space is left between tables and a maximum number of guests is simultaneously allowed in the restaurant

Menus are disinfected after each use

Enhanced health and safety training measures have been put in place for all colleagues, including the correct procedures for wearing PPE equipment, social distancing awareness and case notification protocols

Mandatory, frequent temperature checks are made for all guests and colleagues

A local doctor and medical clinic are on hand to supervise measures and guarantee immediate assistance if necessary
